--units variable for graphs in Cacti

Where do I add the --units variable in the graph. When using rrdtool you can specify --units secs for all the numbers to display in seconds, instead of milliseconds and stuff. Our users look at m and think minutes and freak out.

I am probably going to add some additional rrdtool GRAPH items in the next version (including --units). Try and keep your users calm until then
