Dvice Status "unknown"

i am using CactiEZ v6
its is working well and showing all results ok
but the problem is that now when i add any new device it did not resolve its status its shows "Unknown", where the device response well on SNMP as well as ICMP

cacti must have something to poll from the device before it will determine if its up or down.

Great, that still doesn't mean cacti has anything to poll. Create some grapsh via the 'create graphs for this host' screen from a device.

but the point is that i did not want its graphs . i only want that device on monitor tab via ICMP

Oh, we have the same problem. i have solved it after run rebuild_poller_cache.php、cmd.php as root again and again.

But i find a new problem , even the status is up now , i use rrdtool fetch xxxx.rrd AVERAGE ,the result is NAN.
