Bandwidth threshold Alerts?

Post by Navigator »

Hi guys

I am in need to setup my cacti to SMS / email me after a graph has gone above a certain limit (5MB/s) for more than 5-10 minutes.

Any way I can accomplish this? Is for avoiding bandwidth overages.

Thanks

The threshold plugin will do this for you. You need to install the plugin architecture first though.
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)
