wmi plugin for cacti 0.8.7d and centos 5.2

I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to get this plugin working. I have been using the scripts from parkingdenied.com and cannot at all even see wmi on my cacti site. I added the wmi.php file and wmi-logon file to the scripts folder and edited this to point to wmiexe. Is there something else I am missing?
