[solved] cacti 8.7d

I have been pulling out what little hair I got left , I am trying to get thold working with cacti 8.7d, I thought I followed all the instructions, I have the mail table showing in settings, but nothing else. Can anyone point me at a step by step install for boneheads?

I figured it out myself.
When installing the Plugin Architecture, I failed to install the pa.sql. Once I did that the plugin management link was there, and I was able to install and enable the thold plugin.
