ERROR: the RRD does not contain an RRA matching the chosen C

Post by nowrap »

hello!
i´ve created a mysql.php script for gathering some information about webboard. the data source and stuff seems to work fine. but i´ve trouble with the graph.

i always get the error from the subject.

wenn i run cmd.php manually i can see my script and the right outputs:
command: /usr/local/cacti/current/scripts/mysql.php query, output: 9.38
command: /usr/local/cacti/current/scripts/mysql.php status Connections, output: 63
command: /usr/local/cacti/current/scripts/mysql.php, output: 31
command: /usr/local/cacti/current/scripts/mysql.php status Slow_queries, output: 0

and:
update /usr/local/cacti/cacti-0.8.4/rra/localhost_mysql_30.rrd --template mysql N:9.38
update /usr/local/cacti/cacti-0.8.4/rra/localhost_mysql_29.rrd --template mysql N:63
update /usr/local/cacti/cacti-0.8.4/rra/localhost_mysql_28.rrd --template mysql N:31
update /usr/local/cacti/cacti-0.8.4/rra/localhost_mysql_32.rrd --template mysql N:0

but in the data source debug following is shown:
/usr/bin/rrdtool create \
/usr/local/cacti/cacti-0.8.4/rra/localhost_mysql_28.rrd \
--step 300 \
DS:mysql:GAUGE:600:0:1000 \
RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:1:600 \
RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:6:700 \
RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:24:775 \
RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:288:797 \
RRA:MAX:0.5:1:600 \
RRA:MAX:0.5:6:700 \
RRA:MAX:0.5:24:775 \
RRA:MAX:0.5:288:797 \

there i cannot recognize any of the values (actually i´ve 4 source for 4 diffrent questions)

can anybody give me a hint?
thx

hi,

same thing here.
i think the OID you are using is not read or interpreted correctly by Cacti.
or maybe the graph items are not defined correctly.
let me know if you find any solution to this...
