I don't think NTOP comes pre installed with CactiEZCD ? If you are using the NTOP plugin to access NTOP itself, what URL is it accessing ?

If you are accessing the NTOP you installed, then you would have defined a password on it's first run from CLI ?

Regds
Cacti Version 0.8.8b
Cacti OS Ubuntu LTS
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.4.7
Poller Information
Type SPINE 0.8.8b

yes Ntop is not preinstall in CactiEZ, i have install NTop through RPM file on an other machine with OS RHEL 4u4 and have not give any password,
i only add NTop plug in CactiEZ, in that it working well and giving results. but grant password if i go to configure it
