Aggregate power usage graphs

Can cacti generate graphed aggregates for the following situation?

For each of our datacenters, create a 'cabinet graph' which displayed the aggregate power consumption off of all of the APC power units in that rack? How about a consolidated graph for an entire row? An entire datacenter?

I'm going to have to point you to the Aggregate plugin thread in the Plugins General forum or Plugins Announcement. Gandolf is taking some time off and I don't use Aggregate.
