[solved]c:/php/php.exe poller.php (result is one blank line

I having problem in this line in cacti/lib/database.php..

if ($cnn_id->PConnect($hostport,$user,$pass,$db_name)) {

when I type c:/php/php.exe poller.php (in website is OK, no have problem) . The result is one blank line.
in the scheduled result is one blank line too.

I think that php raise some expetion ... but don't know.
In Process monitor is all ok.

I use windows vista.

can someone help me on this one?

2) Whats the one blank line have? You shouldn't need to be editing php code...

3) Does the user account run stuff with normal or admin rights? Make any difference when you run as raised admin?

4) Any errors related to iis, php, etc in the event logs?

Dont install your PHP in local like c:\x1 x2 x3\php\.
It is certain crash your development
