Call to undefined function db_connect_real()

Hello,

I've installed Cacti (Version 0.8.7b ) using apt-get on my Ubuntu server. When i installed PA 2.3 I first get an error about /* include($config["library_path"] . "/adodb/adodb.inc.php"); and when i do the changes suggested at :
http://cactiusers.org/forums/topic1631.html

I get the error Call to undefined function db_connect_real()

Can someone help me out?
