[solved] Blank screen

I have an Cacti 0.8.6h running on Windows Server 2003. I am trying to install Cacti 0.8.7d on a newer machine running Windows Server 2003.

On this newer server, I created a new website for 'Cacti' using port 8080 under IIS and followed the configuration the best I could (this is similar to how I have it running on the older server). When I try to open the site (http://servername:8080), I get a blank screen but no errors.

Where is the first place to check for something I may have misconfigured?

- MySql - mysql-5.1.31-win32.msi
- PHP - php-5.2.8-Win32.zip
- RDDTool - rddtool-1.2.30-bin-w32.zip
- Net-SNMP - do I need this?
- Cygwin - do I need this?

I ended up uninstalling mySQL and reinstalling a couple times and finally got it to work!
