"Error: Save Failed" during threshold creation/ed

Hello,
i've upgraded thold to version 0.4.0.
When i try to change existing thresholds i always get "Error: Save Failed." after i click "save".
I also get this error message when i try to create new threshold:
Threshold templates - Add - Host MIB (hard drive space) - hdd_used - Create - change Data Type to Percentage - hdd_total - SAVE

How to fix it/debug it?

Uninstall the plugin and reinstall it. I had exactly the same issue, and now have it working - FANTASTIC.

The only issue is that CDEF's don't seem to work

CDEF problem is because of a missing line.

The upgrade scripts need looked at too as I had the same problem upgrading.

Add '$value = $stack[0]['value'];' on line 880 after the while loop to have CDEFs work properly.

This is because the email address fields get removed and recreated if you uninstall then reinstall. To fix this, click User Management > Required User > Place an email address in the field where it needs to go

This should rectify the issue.
