In your Cron job, use --force to make the poller still run regardless of the mismatch.

# run-parts
01 * * * * root run-parts /etc/cron.hourly --force (add like this ??)
02 4 * * * root run-parts /etc/cron.daily
22 4 * * 0 root run-parts /etc/cron.weekly
42 4 1 * * root run-parts /etc/cron.monthly

next i think maybe question is for the The Poller Interval time.
how can I clear last poll time or make it early to 02/06/2009 ???

Cron is out of sync with the Poller Interval! The Poller Interval is '60' seconds, with a maximum of a '300' second Cron, but 53285 seconds have passed since the last poll!
