Suddenly graph is blank.

After more than 1 year using Cacti (0.8.6j) , suddenly today my Cacti system has a problem. The graph is not display any data. No record. Blank graph with white color background.

But it still has the previous graph before the problem happen.

So, how can i solve this problem. Can i fix it without deleting the previous record/graph or redo the graph?

CMD.PHP is running. Because 1 or 2 graphs is updating.

I like to add some more. What i found some rra files updated and some not. Some not updated rra files cause the graph blank.

Why and how to solve it? Deleting rrs files not solve the problem.

I got this kind of error. I dont understand it.

This often occurs, when two pollers are running in parallel. This is well coverd in my mentioned HowTo
