api_plugin_hook_function doesnt exist

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to install cacti on a NAS (Qnap), after install cacti, i've got theses errors:

Notice: Undefined index: url_path in /share/MD0_DATA/Qweb/cacti/lib/functions.php on line 1551

Fatal error: Call to undefined function api_plugin_hook_function() in /share/MD0_DATA/Qweb/cacti/lib/functions.php on line 1628
Can you tell me what is wrong?

Looks like you didn't properly install the Plugin Arch.
