Apache-tomcat and Cati Installation

Hi,

I want to install cacti on a server which has appache-tomcat as it's server.It is not able to display PHP pages only jsp.

How will i be able to install cacti in this situation.

You need PHP to use Cacti.

Hi,
Thanks for the respone.Is it possible for me to have apache-tomcat and php working togethre on the same server?If yes,how could this be achieve.

Should be possible with apache front-ending for tomcat via something like mod_jk2.

You can also use multiple IPs. Leave the old setup alone and setup apache+php/Cacti on the new IP.

I have apache front-ending for tomcat via modjk2.How do i go about installing php and cacti on the same server.

Can you please give me a process to follow?

What distribution? Try installing php rpm. From there use the cacti install guide.
