Installed RRDTool version does not match configured version

hi !
I installed Cacti 0.8.7b on windows 2003, It worked ok at first, but the graph does not appears justnow.

I try to find out the problem.

I see that the technical support said :
RRDTool Version
ERROR: Installed RRDTool version does not match configured version.
Please visit the Configuration Settings and select the correct RRDTool Utility Version.

Did you try doing exactly what it said to do?

Hello, I have installed Cacti 0.87b
with RRdtool 1.2.26-bin-w32
Path are correct but I see that the technical support said :
RRDTool Version
ERROR: Installed RRDTool version does not match configured version.
Please visit the Configuration Settings and select the correct RRDTool Utility Version.

In settings / SNMP -> NET-SNMP 5.x
RRtool -> 1.2.x

When in CMD -> php c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\poller.php I have this errors

Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\ext\php_oci8.dll
Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\ext\php_pdo_oci.dll
Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\ext\php_pdo_oci8.dll
Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\ext\php_sqlite_external.dll
Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\ext\php_pspell.dll
Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\ext\php_sybase_ct.dll
