All RRD not being update with the correct value

My cacti installation start to have update problem to the RRDs a few days ago, and every values being update is now nan. There are no configuration modification when the update start to have problem but I discovered that the log file "cacti.log" located in the log folder have reached 2GB then it refuse to write due to the file size. My file system is Ext3 which should able to accommodate file size larger than 2GB. Anyway I have renamed that log file and touched another log file so it could start to write log again. But those RRDs is still not being updated. I have checked that SNMP polling and results are being polled successfully. Is there any solution for my situation ? I have another installation on the same server using the same file system does not have problem.

Please run cli/repair_databases.php to make sure that no database crash stops cacti from working
