SystemStats2 for cacti?

Hello,

I have just started using cacti and have already written a few simple scripts for it (e.g. for monitoring some UPSs)

The next big thing would be, to port the functionality of "SystemStats2". Unfortunately, the website of this project is unavailable (http://de-neef.net/articles.php?id=5). Since I have already began to get into both, the structure of systemstats2 and cacti methods involved with this issue, I was just wondering if something like that is already available for download...

frankly speaking, I am searching for an easyt-to-config cacti-method to gather information like systemstats2 does it, which is via SSH commands (e.g. "CAT /proc/loadavg" or "sensors") and not with SNMP.

thanks for your answer, but I am searching for a template which is based on SSH input methods. since systemstats2 gathers pretty much information, it would be a big effort for me to port everything to cacti

actually, since my boss wants me to, I am at it... would be lucky to hear from something like that as a template
