monitoring physical memory

I'm trying to see several PC's physical memory and I can't understand in why the graphs fail. I have changed them their OID's and I follow without having any data trustworthy.
I don´t know if I lack me something in CACTI, some file (php or xml)

Can anybody help me? Thanks
