Activate Plugins with Windows Vista

Post by winsy »

Hello,

I'm running Cacti 8.7b on a Windows XP SP3 box with plugin architecture 2.1. I installed the Discovery plugin without any problems and today I've tried installing the monitor plugin but haven't had any luck.

I placed the 'monitor' folder in the plugin directory and modified my global.php file to look like the following..

$plugins = array();
$plugins[] = 'monitor';
$plugins[] = 'discovery';

Also, i import pa.sql, and i have permissions in the folder cacti.

Anybody have installed cacti in WINDOWS VISTA ?????

Could you describe me the prcess for install the plugins ???

thans

I don't think this is an issue with Windows Vista. Seeing as you have PIA 2.1 installed, click the Plugin Management link on the left, and enable the plugin from there.
