Cacti not take any data

I have several graphs with hollows. I think that it doesn´t take data correctly. Can anybody help me with CACTI?

Sorry. I put you the graph. The SO is a W2003 Server SP2 with

Net-SNMP 5.4.1-3
Cacti-0.8.7b
AppServ 2.5.10
Active Perl 5.10.0.1003
RRDTool 1.2.28
SNMP Informant STD 1.5

[BSOD2600]

That I/O graph has data on is, so not sure what the problem is...
