total in and out graph on interface

cacti version: 0.8.7a

Have a data query to graph traffic_in and traffic_out graph. I am trying to get the total in and out on interfaces. On some servers it works and some it does not work. It shows the total as zero. Please see the attached file. It has the graph template, one graphs that total works and the other total shows as zero. What I am doing wrong?
