Help with mactrack

Hi guys,
I trying to make ends meet here!
Installed mactrack to work with cacti. i can add devices but only ip addr and hostname appears under the newly added device! the rest get values of "0", N/A and state UNKNOWN!!

Please anyone w/ a detailed procedure to do this?

Can some1 help me to debug this pliz....
i have a 65000 series switch, with the output on the attached file!
