Gs724 T problems
Hi,
Sorry for my bad English
I have switch netgear GS724T and i use cacti 0.87.
i graph all port of my GS724 but when transit exceeds 100MB graphs falls to 0.
I suppose it's because i don't configure with 64 bits template but if i active 64 bits template graphs stay to 0 Mb/s.
I see in this forum GS724 don't support 64 bits.
Do you have any solution to graphs Gigabit port on this switch?

If you want still to poll at 300 sec intervall, please make sure
- the device supports SNMP V2c
- the device supports 64 bit counters
Some devices require to be explicitely setup for this. You may verify this by snmpwalk'ing the 64 bit counters from command line
In cacti, please setup the device as SNMP V2 and retry generating a 64 bity COUNTER graph
If the device does NOT support 64 bit COUNTERS, you will have to poll more often. This can be done but
- is not easy
- will require to re-generate (loosing historical data) at least those traffic graphs
