Done but with error on page

Post by Froz »

I keep running into this error after a fresh install. I did some searches on the forums but don't see it referenced. I have done all of the patches.

Line: 557
Char: 2
Error: Not implemented
Code: 0
URL: http://localhost/host.php2?action=edit&id=2

Any ideas?

Read http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11747 and repost.

Also check your IIS error logs and windows event logs.

I used that guide to build the server. It still functions but I get a warning message indicator on the host pages.

*sigh*

Post your info, AS I REQUESTED.

Your IIS logs / event logs contain no errors?

My apologies, I edited my profile to include that information. Thought I did before my last post. Should be in the below. I also checked eventlogs, nothing there. I don't see anything in the IIS logs, but I'm also not very framiliar with them.

An interesting thing to note is that on a similiar linux build, a simliar warning is thrown when you click on the devices and then a specific device. On linux, the error is:

Line: 566
Char: 2
Error: Not implemented
Code: 0
URL: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/cacti/host.php?a ... dit&id=121

I've tried this on an install like my signature and these two. This isn't a show stopper in any fashion.

FYI, the error does not occur in firefox. Chalk it up to stupid IE.

yes, lets blame it on IE then :P. What IE version was throwing those errors? I use FF daily so don't typically experience any of those issues, even if they are normally present.
