Cacti w/ Smokeping plugin - can't find getSmokePingPath.pl

I integrated the plugin fine it seems ... i get an object and a link for the smokeping graphs on the cacti graph page ... but the actual smokeping graph will not show up. I never put the location of getSmokePingPath.pl in the config because it appears i don't have the file.

Is that the problem? where can i get the file?

ok found it ... but now i have a compilation error and need to install SOAP LITE ... but it errors as well with numerous pre-req's ... anyone have a handy URL for a HOW-TO on that?
