using Cacti to Poll Tellabs 8800 MSR

Has anyone used Cacti to poll a Tellabs 8800 router? I want to pull the same data that the host template for a Cisco router polls and be able to graph on CPU, Interfaces, etc. I am not finding this as done somewhere, so wondering whether to start from scratch, or take the Cisco router templates and change them to match the what and where from the Tellabs. Anyone have insight?

How about Tellabs 8600 routers?
