1-Wire Graphing for Temp & Humidity

Hi, Does anyone have a script to graph 1-wire probes for temp and humidity? I have OWFS up and running but am trying to figure out a clean way to graph things in Cacti.

i'm using digitemp as an input method. thought about it?
