Nagios Plugin for Cacti not dislpay.

Hi

I'm running nagios2.11 and cacti with NPC. all looks to be working fine except that the NPC plugin is not displaying anything on the web broswer but when i check mysql database its got information in it. It looks the NPC plugin is not connecting to the DB to get the data.
