Monitor 0.8.2 error

I have a new install of cacti and am having issues with the monitor plugin. Everything seems to work but I have an error at the top that says

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in D:\xampp\htdocs\cacti\plugins\monitor\monitor.php on line 199

Any thoughts ?

I too have received this same error.

I resolved this issue by reinstalling the plugin architecture. Not sure if you are having and problems with your PA, but that was my issue.
