What do your crontab entries look like? Does the user have permissions to the rra folder like this:

Code: Select all

# Set the appropriate permissions on cacti's directories for graph/log generation. You should execute these commands from inside cacti's directory to change the permissions.

shell> chown -R cactiuser rra/ log/

(Enter a valid username for cactiuser, this user will also be used in the next step for data gathering.)
Have you tried running the poller from the command line?

All my cacti files are owned by cacti-user and it has rwx-rights to those. And also poller.php runs ok from command line.

Diana, if you still have problems creating graphs check my threadlink that I posted earlier in this Topic. There's way that I used and got graphs working.
