Net-snmp error in snmp_get

Hi, I keep getting snmp errors with my cacti install. Please see the attached log.

It's a fresh install on a Windows 2000 Adv Server box (x86). PHP version is 5.2.6. About 1/4 of my devices are reporting back and graphing properly.

Also, my poller is set to run every 5 minutes but it never seems to finish during those 5 minutes....

1) read http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11747 and repost.

2) did you enable snmp in php?
3) did you install net-snmp tools?
4) for the "SNMP timeout detected" devices, try increasing the timeout for them.
5) increase your timeout and memory values in php.ini.
