Graphs only work in the console

I have a new install of Cacti on RHEL5. Everything appears to be working properly except that graphs are only displayed in the Graph Management section of the console. They do not display properly under the Graphs tab.

I've ensured that the following packages have been installed:
- httpd
- php
- php-mysql
- php-snmp
-mysql
- mysql-server
- net-snmp

What might be different about how graphs are displayed under the Graphs tab?

Did some more digging and found the answer in the forums.

In the settings, change rrdtool version to 1.2.
