Graph Generation

Hello all,
This is my first post.
Can we generate graph for those which cross threshold and then display them in one single page?

I mean to say,
IF the cpu usages, disk usages, network usage for servers cross the threshold, then the graphs should be generated separately for those and display those warnings on a single page.


Please help me.
