Monitor Ports

Post by carloscesario »

Hi guys,

I'm testing manage 0.6 with PA 2.1 and cacti-0.8.7b.

I get status from hosts... UP/DOWN and uptime, but I dont get "status from ports" ... eg.. 80, 25..

I need make one "special" config ? If I select ports in "combo box", when I save the "device" options when I back to this device.... the ports is selected as "none".

thanks

Carlos

Carlos - do you have the TCP port template installed (Gilles) ?

Have any graphs been created for the ports on the host in question ?

Do either of you guys have the TCP ports template installed, and have working graphs generated by it ? A modification was recently made by Gilles to bring the script for the template up to 0.8.7b standard.

If this still doesn't work, allow ONE pass of the logs in DEBUG and post these.
