[SOLVED] Problem with Thold requiring Settings plugins

This is kind of confusing. I installed thold plugin and everything went well. It shows the Thresholds under Management and also under my Console tab-> Alerting/Thold. However, when i click on my thold tab, it gives me the message of

You are missing a dependency for thold, please install the 'Settings' plugin

. I already installed the Settings-0.4 and somehow the message get reappearing. Can anyone help?

I moved the $plugins = 'setting-0.4'; in front of thold array and this is the message i am getting:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function settings_version() in /usr/share/cacti/plugins/thold/setup.php on line 74

Another quick question. When entering the setting array under &plugins lines in global.php, do you enter as settings-0.4 or just simply settings? I tried just settings and above message is what i got and if i use settings-0.4. I get

Rename the settings-0.4 folder to "settings". Do the same in global.php (rename settings-0.4 to settings)

This should resolve it.
