Modified Thold plugin

Original post in the wrong place (sorry for that), but check here for a modification in Thold plugin that I think is useful. Adds a counter that show how many times a treshold has been breached, when this counter was last cleared and a way to clear it. Also added search filter so if you have a lot of tholds but want to check a subset of them it can be done using the search.
