Cacti 0.8.7b and only Average Data Source RRA's??

I installed Cacti 0.8.7b as a fresh install and noticed that under Data Templates/Data Source/Associated RRA's I can only see Average RRA values. Why have the MAX, MIN, etc values disappeared. I imported SQL DB from another box that was installed initially with 0.8.6x version (now runs 0.8.7b) and that has all the options for RRA's.

Average is not enough because over time (monthly->yearly graphs) if you average for example traffic volumes that differ between day/night, you - well - average the data so yearly graph shows low utilization of your network when really you should be interested in the maximum (and average) traffic amounts.

Or am I totally lost here?

That's the wrong one. Please select "Data Sources -> RRAs -> select any RRA"

missing. Please select those entries in turn! Did you import any external Templates after installing cacti?
