cacti_snmp_get function semi broken

Hi, <p>

If you use hcin our hcout, it must have $force_version defined on the snmp syntax.<br>

Works only for ppl without builtin snmp support.<br>

$snmp_value = exec($config["path_snmpget"]["value"] . " $force_version $hostname $community $oid");
