Hello,
I'm running cacti win32 0.8.7a with a modified version of boost 1.8 (the rcaston temp table suffix fix) with poller_boost.php running on a 30 min interval as a scheduled task.
With this configuration, I'm still seeing occasional graph gaps, and I've isolated the issue to the on demand updates that occur when actively viewing a graph. I've run queries against the poller_output_boost table while viewing a graph, and I can see the records for the data source get truncated, but without a resulting rrdupdate happening.
Can someone explain how rrd updates get processed between boost_poller runs? Or at least can someone point me in the right direction regarding which script gets called for this function?
Thanks
more graph gaps with boost - even with temp table fix
