HP Wireless Access Controller (720wl) - New Host Template

Hi All,

Thought I would post my template for these devices...not sure how many are using them but hey..

Basically it gives you Total Clients and Total Sessions. It's fairly basic as we have firmware that's a couple of years old (<v4.1). The newer HP software has greater SNMP support for statistics. I will probably update this template after we upgrade.

Right now this gives you total clients per devices and total sessions per port. The limitation of the MIB support in the older firmware is it can't separate out authenticated vs non-authenticated clients - so you get your WAPs and the switch ports they connect to considered as clients!! If you know how many APs you have you can figure out the true number of clients. I haven't figured out how to add a graph line based on static data into cacti, but that's something I may also include in the future..
