solved: install monitor plugin erro ?

Because I am not update admin user's permission.
click "User Management"---"admin"
check the box "View Monitoring";

Hello all,
Now, i installed 3 plugins with same step ( thold & monitor & discovery ) , I see discover tab but no monitor tab , what's wrong.

$plugins = array();
//$plugins[] = 'thold';
$plugins[] = 'monitor';
$plugins[] = 'thold';
$plugins[] = 'discovery';

1) this is a plugin problem, moving.

2) did you enable the plugin for the user in user management?
