add doesn't work in the discovery plugin

Hello everyone,

I installed the "discovery" plugin and it works well, the only problem when i want to use the "add" for a host. It makes me returns an error:

Notice: Undefined index: max_oids in /var/www/cacti/host.php on line 160

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/cacti/host.php:160) in /var/www/cacti/host.php on line 164

Have you got an idea to solve this problem?
