Hi, this is my first post here. I am using cacti for some time now.
I am using cacti for monitoring tunnel interface traffic on a CISCO 3800 series router. I am currently monitoring successfully about 60 tunnels. This days i added more tunnel interfaces for monitoring but when i "Reload Associated Query" only IP information is returned from the new tunnels.
So ... about 60 tunnels are working just fine and the new tunnels that i add are inconsistent ( no description, bandwidth, index, status - only IP address). If i add them for graphing the graphs contain no data.
Any ideas ?
I want to mention that i am using cacti with the same template to monitor over 100 tunnels on other CISCO Router successfully, and that no errors are found in cacti log.
Cacti Version 0.8.7a
Cacti OS unix
SNMP Version net-snmp
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.2.x
PHP Version 5.1.2
Poller Information:
Interval 300
Type cmd.php
Mysql version: 5.0.26
Thanks in advance

up
1 year has passed since the first post, i have reinstalled cacti / add the devices again, problem was solved .. until some days ago. exactly the same problem reappeared. ( no description, no bandwidth, no index, no status - only IP address - for new graphs)
one other question is - why the created graphs are not greyed out ?
thanks in advanced
