Plugin graphic and link issue

So, I'm sure that this has already been covered (several times) but I am having a hell of a time finding the solution.

I have my plugins "working". The tab's show up and all, but when I choose, let's say, weathermap, all of the graphics go screwy and when clicking any of the links (except graphs and console), I get a 404 not found.

My config.php file has the following listing for the url_path.

Here's the 404 error
