Suck at Windows IIS: Permissions Portion

Hello all,

I'm installing Cacti for the 1st time and I'm running into a bit of an issue. So far, I think I have everything configured correctly. When I try and go to my cati page I get "Forbidden: Execute access is denied" error. I'm guessing this is becuase I messed up the part in "Configure the Webserver IIS". I'm confused about step 6 and 7.

Step 6 and 7 are the steps where you give permissions to IUSR_XXXX and IIS_WPG. How do I give those users read and execute permissions? Where is that done?

You give those users NTFS permissions on files/folders mentioned in the guide.
