Global Variable for check_nt

Could a Global Variable be created that could quickly be dropped into scripts using the check_nt from the Nagios package? Maybe an option on the Console --> Settings --> Path page?

After spending the morning rebuilding my box, it's tiring editing all the scripts for location of check_nt.
