Dear Mr.BSOD2600,
We are using the CACTi for monitoring our network of 45+ nodes, from the Aug 2006 and CACTi was working abosultely fine.
Today our CACTI server [Windows 2000] got crashed and we are in deep trouble.
I need to install thae CACTI as early as possible and i have decided to use your well created ,best handy installtion exe fiel BETA windows installer V.17.
But i am not able to find the Post installtion guide, which you have strongly mentioned,i have to go thorugh it befor accessing the CACTI.
Please tell me the post instalttion guide path.
I will be using the Beta Installer .exe file and Win XP + SP2 OS.
Kindly help me .
Thanking you

A link should've been made on your desktop. If not, then it's likely your AV software blocked the installer from performing other installation tasks too, which will be a problem.
The post-install instructions are put in the \cacti\docs\html\ folder.
