After changing time zone some rrds aren't updated anymore

Post by adelgado »

Hi,

After changing OS (CentOS, set to Europe/Madrid) time zone some rrds are not being updated anymore. Other rrd and graphs are updated fine.

If I add new devices everything works fine.

I've tried rebuilding SNMP cache and some other stuf...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Alberto.

Changing time is not a good idea with rrdtool. It will not accept updates until the last successful update timestamp is reached (not allowing updates int the past!). That's why new graphs are fine: there was no previous update with some other timestamp
